Baltimore Must Like Being Swept

Yesterday's game against Baltimore featured a pitcher's first win, a grand slam, and a shocked Laura.

Lenny DiNardo won! He pitched five innings and only gave up 2 runs (and only one was earned). The man earned 5 strikeouts and only gave up 2 hits. I don't know what got into the man, but whatever it was, I hope it continues.

Varitek started off the game with a first inning grand slam, which alone gathered enough runs to win the game. Nixon, Lowell, Pena, and Ortiz contributed the 6 other RBIs.

As everyone knows, NYC welcomes the Red Sox tomorrow. Josh Beckett and Randy Johnson square off and that's bound to be entertaining.
