Not So Hot Last Night

David Ortiz hit a 2-run homerun in the first inning, and it was GRAND. Mike Lowell also hit a homerun that would have been a double at Fenway. We love Mike Lowell and his doubles/homeruns.

Manny's backwards catch of a Johnny Damon ball? AWESOME.

And it was kind of all downhill from there.

Giambi, A-Rod, and Posada all hit homeruns...eh, let's not talk about the rest of the game because the Sox didn't get any runs after the second inning and NY did. Schilling just didn't have it last night.

More bad news: Coco Crisp is sick and now his return is delayed further. I can't wait until this guy comes back, and these delays are hard to take.

Tonight is the tie-breaker in this series, and Wakefield and Chacon are pitching. Wakefield's been on a roll lately, and Chacon is having a pretty good season, so this one should be good.
