2 Good, 1 Bad

The Bad: The Red Sox lost 9-6. I have to admit that I was watching the soccer match and then had a family 4th of July thing to go to, so I missed it. Didn't miss much though, as Schilling gave up 4 runs and Timlin gave up 3. Kapler, Ramirez, and Ortiz each hit homeruns, but they weren't enough to overcome a pretty impressive Tampa Bay offense. Since when is TB good? I don't like this one bit.

The Good:
The Yankees lost 19-1. That's just embarrassing.

Italy beat Germany in the World Cup in one of the best games of any sport I've ever seen. I know this isn't a soccer blog or anything, but I'm Italian so I have to get it in. It was just an incredible game and I hope France/Portugal will be as exciting today (go France!)

Jason Johnson (3-9, 6.22) goes tonight, he'll be opposed by Tim Corcoran, who is 2-0 with a 1.17 ERA. Let's hope we get a W tonight, eh?
