Quick, Find Beckett!

I think we lost Josh Beckett somewhere along the way this season. Because that performance last night was not Beckett caliber.

He pretty much summed up the whole night in one sentence: "It comes down to those five pitches that I always talk about having to make in crucial situations, and I think I had five or six of them today, and I think I made two."

So Boston is 2 back again in the standings, and of course Chicago won to put us 3 games back in the WC. We need a win from Schilling and another one tomorrow from Wells to put the Sox in a good place for the NY series. Because those 5 games are going to have a huge impact on the way the rest of the season plays out.
