Tavarez Blows My Mind Sometimes
Lowell, Gonzalez, Pedroia, and Loretta all combined for 7 RBI, getting the Sox a 7-1 win over Toronto. Please note that my Gonz had 3 RBI last night. I love to see him do well, mostly because a lot of people were hating him early in the season and it upset me greatly. Regular readers know how I feel about the hate/boo!
Tavarez pitched another complete game. Wow. Who knew he should have been a starting pitcher all this time?!
So Coco Crisp is done for the year with that damn finger problem. He was a Machine of Awesomeness in spring training, then the Baltimore botched-3rd-base-steal ruined his season. All I can say about that is...I was there to witness it and he should not have even tried to steal. I was asking him what he was doing as he was doing it, he should have listened to me.
Manny took batting practice. I don't know why, but at least he's doing something.
