The Globe has a feature to catch folks up on the offseason possibilities. Here is a poll they offered, and the results:
65% say no! Looks like not everyone is sold on Drew. But look at all the greedy Sox fans (myself included!)..
Also, Sox fans are smart: most want to give Pedroia the job at 2nd base (keeping Loretta wasn't an option on the poll) and they realize the bullpen is the top priority.
And most important of all, David Ortiz has been selected as the recipient of the 2006 Thomas A. Yawkey Award as the Red Sox Most Valuable Player. At least he knows he's our MVP.
