Yo, it could not have been better scripted! He needed that in a big way for his confidence...and we needed it too! What a great way to start the game!

Hopefully when it ends we'll be as excited as we were when it began!

EDIT #3: 12:58: Game over! Huge 12-2 win. Schilling was so much better than I had even hoped for (7 strong); everyone was hitting, especially the bottom of the order (Lugo hit a beauty down the 3rd base line)..it was such a great game to watch. Funniest moment: Youkilis getting plunked on the head in a rundown (and he ended up safe!).
